No typo. I'm experienced this bug before on default libinput 1.10.4-1.
Then I'm installed latest version using dpkg (libinput-
bin_1.12.4-1_amd64.deb, libinput10_1.12.4-1_amd64.deb) to see if it's
fixed. And it doesn't. Same jumpy behavior. Only difference that I'm
noticed is slightly increased

I have this issue since quite a long time ago. But none of the system
upgrades had my problem solved! And I can only use Ubuntu under the
recovery mode, which is so inconvenient!
