Public bug reported:
I have 2 monitors a 2K monitor (2560x1440) and a 4k monitor (3840x2160)
both 27inch
Obviously to extend display correctly (join displays) I need to put my
4k monitor at scale of 125 and 2K monitor at 100% scale.
I arrange two monitors side by side, then select 125% on 4K
This is screenshot after clicking apply (to access print screen had to
click keep changes button too)

This is a complicated thing. I have a very specific problem with audio
output on HDMI.
I want to use an older notebook with Lubuntu 20.04 as a video source for
libreoffice slides, videos etc. to feed them over HDMI into a Blackmagic
Design ATEM Mini Pro ISO (video mixer) as

I experienced this as well.
Had to revert to previous kernel (5.4.0-59) to get nvidia-grpahics-
drivers-390 installed on my system.
The nouveau drivers were not a viable option, computer kept freezing,
forcing hard resets.

New debdiff that prevents building UVM w/ Linux 5.10 (thanks
@albertomilone) and with a refreshed version of
buildfix_kernel_5.10.patch that should prevent a potential memory leak
due to the missing .gem_free_object in 5.10.

[Expired for xorg-server (Ubuntu) because there has been no activity for
