[Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 1999982] [NEW] X window system crashing while software upgrading

Public bug reported: X window crashed while software upgrading. It became a blank screen with a cursor blinking then after a while it presented me with a login screen. I have to re login the system with no network manager running. I am providing my journalctl -a result in a journal.txt file.
