This happens to me on a Dell M3800 with _no_ external monitor. Probably
a few times a week. After anywhere from 5 minutes to a few hours, the
cursor comes back. I have to use the touchscreen until then. Man I hate
touchscreens.

When using trusty on my M3800 (4k screen) with an external monitor (also
4k) this happens VERY often-- several times a day. I wonder if it's
somehow related to GPU memory. This is really a productivity killer!

If I dare to launch any electron-based app (chrome, spotify, atom,
vscode, etc.) there's roughly an 80% chance that it kills X (bringing me
back to the login screen). This doesn't _always_ happen. Note that I
