nVidia, If you happen to be reading this thread, congratulations on your
success with the Nexus 7. Glad you could make some money with that ARM
Linux. Could you show some appreciation in the x86 and AMD64 world by
fixing this? I read your response to Linus' accusations. I'm not feeling
that Linux
Looks like this problem is infecting OS X too.
These suggest the problem is likely a driver fault; however, it could also be
a bug in the Window Server that occurs when performing certain actions that
used advanced graphics capabilities.
I found running Unity2D to be a rock solid work around. My desktop is
using an nVidia 9800GT. My notebook is an nVidia Optimus system on a
Dell XPS 17 using Bumblebee for a video driver. I have had no problems
with Bumblebee.
