So, basically as title says, randomly display would freeze and computer
not reacting to anything (and nothing on the screen changes, even the
clock or something). If I was listening to music, it would stop as well.

After upgrading from 16.10 to 17.04 , Wacom Bamboo Pen is not responding if
it's already plugged in before opening Gimp, Krita or Raw Therapee. If it's
connected after opening one of these programs it freezes all system.
