the fix in https://launchpad.net/~xueshengyao/+archive/ubuntu/mesa is much easier for Focal(only 2 lines changed), but it was based on a workaround cannot upstream. And the latest upstream mesa fixed this issue, so I cherry-picked 4 Mesa's upstream commits to Focal:
