I'm experiencing this problem with my Apple keyboard on a PC as well. I
get the following error in a dialog when trying to set the keyboard
model to the Apple Aluminum keyboard:

I'm using the PPA from sevenmachines to even get my dual-SLI setup to
work in Lucid- I need to restart about 3 times to get a clean start
so I don't go into low-graphics mode. Startx will not work at all.
Xorg is stable for about 3~7 hours then crashes, at which time I go

Unsupported hardware watermark appears when FGLRX is installed on

There was an update 21st Sunday April.
This removed the Unsupported Hardware
I still cannot get all 3 monitors to work. The main monitor is working,
the other 2 appear as white.

apt-get fails to install fglrx or
I was able to get fglrx and fglrx installed. What I did was download
both the main ubuntu driver, and the non-x driver which is fglrx-core
from amd's website. I dpkg -i fglrx-core.deb and apt-get install gksu
and libgcc1 and by this time apt-get -f install (without any packages)
was displayed to
