Correct. The code is unfortunately not ready for handling errors (even

The problematic tests have been disabled in mesa ci since June 2018. If
you think this is fixed, than I can re-enable them.
Mesa CI updated it's kernels to 4.19 recently, but otherwise there has
been no change to affect this bug.
