I just ran apport-collect 1801898. But it doesn't seem to upload any
data to launchpad. I granted access to my launchpad account and apport
ran until showing a dialog where I clicked "Send". Then nothing more

I think I have the same issue as the original poster.
Regarding comment #29, is it enough to boot into a live CD and try to
reproduce? (I'm a bit reluctant to upgrade my work laptop to an unofficial
