Hello Saturday 20 march 2021 running Ubuntu Mate "20.04.2 LTS (Focal Fossa)" (will stick to LTS) so this is mate desktop here and architecture is of course 64 bits. On my dell XPS 9575 the issue is present: either need to close and open screen hinge or wait 10 seconds to get to mousepad to life. Did not try any unoficial patch. I just updated from 1.12.1 bios to 1.14.1 with no change. Thanks for reading.
