My wireless mouse doesn't work after I reboot until I unplug its USB
dongle and plug it back in.
I don't see anything in Xorg.0.log which obviously explains this
problem. It looks like the mouse is added to the X server configuration
on startup without any problems, at least unless I'm misreading the log,
and then the second time it's added, when I unplug it and plug it back
in, it looks like the same thing happens in the log, but then the mouse
works.
This was a problem in 17.04 as well, i.e., it isn't new in 17.10.
