SiS 65x/M650/740 works strangely on high resolution

Im having big problems with my sis card, it's a 65x, on bored, at 1024 x
768, it says its a lap top, but its a desktop computer made by Packard
bell, when i open a video, i see about 2 seconds of it, then it gos
blank, snapping windows does not work, i move a window to the left, it
dont snap, i
The card works properly with the same LCD on other resolutions:
1400x1050, 1600x1200, 1680x1200...
It just the native resolution of the LCD (1680x1050 16:9) that does not
work properly.
