Video acceleration regression for Radeon Xpress 200M
This bug is awaiting verification that the kernel in -proposed solves
the problem. Please test the kernel and update this bug with the

I downloaded the nvidia-340 package from the link provided, dpkg -i'd it
and then was able to "apt --fix-broken install" the updates to the gles
packages that had been broken..

The problem here would be that the KVM device is blocking your monitor
from sending EDID information, which contains the supported resolutions.
I'm not sure if we can offer any software workarounds for this...
