Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu
better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears
to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security
issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to

Timo,
Could you help merge the change-default-gesture-mode.patch into bionic?
Thanks!

@Timo,
I found the xserver-xorg-input-wacom-hwe-18.04 had this patch already.
But xserver-xorg-input-wacom didn't have, when I tried to upgrade
xserver-xorg-input-wacom-hwe, found it will remove the ubuntu-desktop
and old xserver-xorg-* packages.
So do you have any idea how we fix this issue
Timo,
Could you help SRU into bionic? Thanks!
Here is the SRU bug link. If we SRU at lp:1774242, I think I could
duplicate lp:1852691.

The cursor is there, just invisible. If one moves the mouse around one

After happening every day for a week, this hasn't happened again since I
logged this bug.
I also disabled Firefox WebRender so maybe that was a contributor.
I'll re-open if I can provide any useful data.
