If you have the AMD Radeon option then it's likely the HDMI port is
wired to that. But that GPU is also likely turned off by default so you
will also be missing the HDMI port option. To fix that please try
checking your BIOS and turn on both GPUs.

Changing the frame rate to 60Hz isn't an option for me. The only
