A new patch to disable Huawei chipsets in udev rules.
First, the udev rules was placed in wrong place. /usr/lib/udev/rules.d/
can't be read, we need push it into /lib/udev/rules.d/.

But xserver-xorg-input-wacom didn't have, when I tried to upgrade
xserver-xorg-input-wacom-hwe, found it will remove the ubuntu-desktop

So do you have any idea how we fix this issue

I installed the Cinnamon(cinnamon-desktop-environment), KDE(kde-plasma-
desktop), MATE(mate-desktop-environment) on ThinkPad Yoga, on these
desktops there are not too much supported gestures like gnome-shell. So
I run the QA's testcases to test below items, these desktops all passed.

Title:
I did a test with testing nvidia driver 495.46.run, it will have a lag
issue when use 'on-demand' mode in 'external-only' mode. After enabled
the proposed and did 'apt-dist upgrade', now I use latest xserver-xorg-
core, this issue is fixed now.
xserver-xorg-core:amd64 (2:1.20.11-1ubuntu1~20.04.2,
Next step we will build a deb package to test if it works or not. I will
update it later. Thanks!
