driver looping then crashing

This crash looks very similar to #1301649. However is does not require
the system to go into power save.
The crash is in radeon_ring_backup which is in
linux/drivers/gpu/drm/radeon/radeon_device.c and part of the linux
(kernel) package.
I have added that package to this bug.
