I may be doing something wrong but I even went so far as to manually download and install ubuntukylin-default-settings_1.3.19_all.deb on my 17.04 installation and I still get the following message when running apt-get update: Get:10 http://archive.ubuntukylin.com:10006/ubuntukylin trusty
