If this is about the file that goes in /usr/share/appdata/, upstream added it
some days ago in their SVN repo. If somebody is particularly interested in
having it, I'd welcome a patch for it.

The Shotwell Help is not translated and not translatable.
Shotwell is fully translated in French since 2015-11-22 but Help is not in the
template: https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/shotwell

There hasn't been a new release for xenial or yakkety yet. When a new
