The easiest way to test it is to install the package in a 20.04 Kubuntu
VM and reboot. I have done this, and it works perfectly. The user is
notified right away of the existence of 22.04.1 and is prompted to
upgrade.

One thing to note please: I'd like this to be tested extensively as soon
as possible. Is there a test plan on how to test this thoroughly
somewhere? Something that users could be asked to test?
