It seems that the problem (sorry for German) is that
»/usr/lib/gimp/2.0/plug-ins/colorxhtml/colorxhtml.py« should be
overwritten by gimp-python but is also present in archive gimp.
(First I had the problem the other way around: The bug appeared when
upgrading gimp, reporting that »/usr/lib/gimp/2.0/plug-
ins/colorxhtml/colorxhtml.py« was also present in gimp-python. After
that I uninstalled both and started as given above.
I also tried to rename file »/usr/lib/gimp/2.0/plug-
ins/colorxhtml/colorxhtml.py« away before installing gimp-python, but
the same message appears.
