Basically, the UI doesn't work, and for the 'lsp-plugins-jack' binary, that means it just plain doesn't work. To fix this, it just needs to be built with 'ui' added to FEATURES and the lsp-plugins-r3d-glx binary reinstated. See https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1101028 for more details.
