Hi All,
In an effort to make it easier for all to see what current
changes are happening in the uClinux-dist I am going to start
releasing regular patches against the most recent release.
Yeah!
:-)
The process is largely automated, and they are true snapshots.
So it is possible that there is much breakage in the code,
they are meant for people actively developing the uClinux-dist
code base more than anything else. Of course regular testing
by all is also a good thing :-)
The first is up, at:
http://www.uclinux.org/pub/uClinux/dist/patches/
Currently it is about 36MB in size. Obviously this will vary
over time.
Is it possible to put a diffstat up as well (so we can see what is there
before downloading the entire thing?
Yep, easy done. I added one for the current patch,
and I'll automatically generate them for future patches.
Regards
Greg
