Well, hope I can help you there. Been having the same prob myself and finally found
the solution:
Within your config you should enable:
Allow .*
Then for the url's you would like to index you will have to add the % after it. i.e.:

could you be more specific about "check the allow/disallow"?
I have everything commented out except Allow .* and it still refuses to index links
that have a ?querystring=value at the end.
Could you send me a indexer.conf file or describe exactly
