By that yardstick the self rule period under Ben Kiwanuka has no bearing on
what has transpired since then.
But that is the period of my focus.

You definitely know a lot that many of us don't. Why pick and choose your ways
and words, when indeed Ugandans need nothing but the whole truths? Please go
all the way and let the people know what happened in the country. You are
