A few days after this incident a former US President was seen sneaking into Zanzibar, incognito like a petty gangster. * *This week another, though smaller, burst of 300 kg of heroin, again occurred between Zanzibar and Dar.* *Folks, East Africa has now been infiltrated by the scourge of Global Narcotics Gangsters.* * No one knows whether this is only for transit. But it is bound to corrupt and destroy our institutions, causing mayhem and undermining every aspect of our National Security. $100 mill a pop here …. $100 mill a pop there and you are talking very serious money.** * *Indeed, what Bill is seeking in the seedy underworld of Zanzibar must be more than peanuts.* *And remember, Big Narcotics trafficking always goes hand in hand with arms and gemstones.
