*Ex-Budo headmaster Kayongo released on bail*

Our beloved little ones at Budo Junior School died for 'bure'.

Kayongo, the former H/M, is accused only of packing 60 kids in a space for
30.
Is that all that the investigation revealed about the brutal inferno ?

If Kayongo is NRM does it mean he is even above God ?

And the cash bail is a lousy $100.
Imagine such an insult to the lives of our beloved children !!
Less value than goats !!

Former headmaster of Budo Junior School, William Sebuliba  Kayongo was
yesterday released on bail.

Mr Kayongo, 47, who has been  on remand since Friday on  negligence  charges
in connection  with  the school inferno, which left 20 pupils dead on April
14, 2008, was freed  on  a  cash bail  of Shs200,000  by Buganda Road Chief
Magistrate  Margaret Tibulya.

Court's decision to release the former headmaster followed an application by
his lawyer Muhammed Allam asking  court  to grant him bail pending the
disposal of the  charges against him.

He presented two sureties, Mr  Charles Nakedde, LCI Wagaba Zone Makindye and
Mr Tony Mukasa Lusambo, headmaster  of St Peters Primary School Nsambya who
were bonded Shs5million each (not cash) and ordered  to  ensure  that  the
accused person returns for trial.

The case was adjourned to October 29 for hearing. The former headmaster is
accused  of accommodating 61 pupils in a space, which was meant for 30
pupils.
