It has been alleged that Wangari Mathae has told 'wananchi' that AIDS is a man-made biological weapon designed to wipe Africans off the face of the earth.
She says she was misquoted.
But this is also the view of the ANC, and Thabo Mbeki.
You remember that Mbeki came to that conclusion from the conversation he had with Vice Pres Gore? I hope netters have not forgotten.
