Ugandan politicians have never learnt that the word shame exists in the
English Dictionary and so even thugs like Amama Mbabazi are still thinking they are indeed presidential material!.
Given his past,the only way he expects to get the presidency is through
the same means he used to get selected
I wonder, would this be the same Mbabazi who behaved very much like a thug during the last elections when he was defeated by Musinguzi and it took Kaguta's intervention for him to "win" a seat?If he is the same one, he should be informed that his services are not needed.
