Just yesterday they said that the UPDF came on their trucks and the rebels dispersed. 
This was when the Kony's were supposedly cooking the cut man in Pader. Can you believe 
that crap????
The UPDF just walk like they are not supposed to be confronting enemy territory, and 
the enemies just disperse........
