Ugandans, they both fought in Luwero and they both are in Uganda to loot
from the very same Belugas. It looks more than the properties have become a
private property to Ssabassajja so from one thief to a second one, for this
thief has no accountability at all and runs an oligarchy that is accountable
to no single person. But most importantly, how will they maintain them?
What will be the economic back ground to maintain all of them when the
Olubiri has become an eye sore in Kampala? And that financial back ground
will be established to maintain them to what benefit to the region? Is
Ssabassajja going to sell them off to a rich Indian piece by piece ? If he
so decides to do so, what option do the Belugas have? And one would expect
idiots like Mayega Nsereko and Lukwago to wonder about these issues as I
raise them. Let record show that from day one Buganda fails because it knows
it all and everyone else is stupid.

Are you mow defining Museveni as a president? Well that is a step in a right
direction, I will not drink till when I see this gone to parliament and
passed. It was Museveni that sent Ruhakana Rugunda tot eh peace talks in
Juba but it was Museveni who denied to know if Rugunda is at all in Juba and
what he was doing there. Look I have been with this man long enough to laugh
at any of his offer. But to directly respond to your question, these
properties are spent force, in fact if Mengo was intelligent enough they all
need to be demolished. Why should Museveni remain with them? Theyre of no
value to him as they are of no value to Mengo. When did these building s get
a repair last? Is it possible Ssabassajja and Mutebi know this fact which
you as a Muganda do not?
And I opine that you need a brain of Muganda to praise this nonsense.

-Mpuuga speaks surrounded by Nambooze, Nabilah Sempala, Moses
Kasibante, and other
-He talks about mistreatment of Kabaka in his kingdom
-Focuses on the way Baganda people (not Buganda) has been short
changed.
-Says that, after he got Ddamula, Mayega said that he (Mayiga) wants
transparency. So he (Mpuuga) was speaking (awatali kubikirira) about how
the Baganda have been cheated and their Kabaka mistreated.

-Katikkiro encourages people okulaga empisa zaffe enungi nga

-He reveals that he has been involved in negotiations with Museveni
for a long time started by Katikkiro JB Walusimbi about Buganda demands
and progress has been made.
-He does not talk in detail about the markets and administrative
buildings that Museveni is said to have returned to Buganda.

of understanding with Museveni for the return kingdom assets and payment of
the Shs 20 Billion debt.
