I am sorry to take this long but we have been very busy this end. Maama Rubindi North Kigezi Diocese After you read them you will realize two major points, {a} Uganda Politics is very tribal woven and {b} Most of the people that run it are related. And Im going to start with Canon Rwabugaire {attendant number 8} with his wife Mrs Rwabugaire {Attendant number 9}. This Rwabugaire was the UPC chairman of Rukungiri in the olden days and in Rukungiri he was number one with his word as the sole law. He is related to Canon Katugugu who is General Jim Muhwezis father {Attendant number 20} and late Muzee Kavuya. Ben Kavuya is a real estate Mongol in Kampala and one of the major money lenders in the city. NRM has been very careful on how they run money in Kampala, they get someone to be a face of money laundering then that face buys them real estates in Uganda and Ezra was one of such faces of buyers of properties in Uganda for NRM big wigs. And among those that Ezra bought the real estates is Salim Saleh who got a set of apartment buildings in Kampala, very high class that you cannot even find in Toronto here. Let me add as well that Salim Saleh through Ezra purchased a huge farm of husbandry in Australia. After Ezra made those purchases he was then arrested on a money lending deal that went bad, after Ezra failed to pay back the amount of almost 400 million Uganda Shillings. And I think he is still in a Nairobi jail. When the Olara Otunus came to power they targeted and arrested very many people including Canon Rwabugaire that was arrested and sent to Luzira where he found those NRAs who had been arrested in early 80s as they attempted to go to the bush and join NRA. Among those arrested was also Captain Kakooko who is the son of Biganja. Now this Captain Kakoko is important to take a second in my writing, you see Kakooko was the driver of Museveni during the 1980 elections. He ended up arrested and dumped into Luzira only getting released on a second day after Museveni {Attendant number one} got to power. Museveni then made him the director of Sports in UPDF. But Captain Kakoko had a massive drinking problem and NRA decided to leave him behind due to his drinking problem. He was actually found dead in a Bombo bar in the wee hours of the morning not very long ago. Now Canon Rwabugaire is related to Canon Katugugu who is Gen Jim Muhwezi {Attendant number 14}s father and late Kavuya. The late Kavuya is related to Canon Katugugu and Canon Rwabugayire. But Ben Kavuya the son, is a real estate Mongol and one of the big money lenders of Kampala. It is important also to note that this same Canon Rwabugaire is the father in law of the late Captain Kodi, who was one of the very early special District Administrators as Major John Kazoora :Attendant number 26} and Major Victor Bwana. Major Bwana is the father of Bwana Arinaitwe that arrested and tormented Dr Kiiza Besigye the other day. Let me clarify here that although Arinaitwes mother is a Muhororo, his father Victor Bwana is a Mukiga. The fact that Major Kazoora is a Mwiru got him arrested by Jim Muhwezi {Attendant number 14} and sent him to Luzira for allegedly misusing public funds and since then there has never been any love between the two. Let me add too that Captain Kodi was a brother to Dora Kutesa the wife of General Pecos Kutesa and a Uganda diplomat in India. I also think that they are related to the official wife of Salim Saleh Jovia Saleh. Note that I have used the term The Official wife. Now here is another set of very interesting names. Attendants number 7 8 9 14 15 18 19 20 the missing 23 we know is Dr Kiiza Besigye, 24 25 28 29 33 34 35 36 37 40 41 42 43 44 45 68 69 and 70, all these names are of people from the same area. All the way from Kebishoni, Buyanja, Kitojo, Ndago, Nyakibale to Rukungiri. Our very own forumist Eric Kasambuzi is also a Muhororo from around those areas, they define themselves as The Home boys or the Bahororo and the area of Mparoro. Now when you go back to the bush days you will realize that there was a friction between the real Bahima and Bahororo, for Bahima tend to bully the Bahororos saying that they are of mixed blood with Bairu. This politics is very important in West/South Western Uganda than you can ever understand. And it is this angle where Dr Kiiza Besigye comes in. They are defined as Abazaana, but the Bahororo {Kiiza Besigye} have some Tutsi blood and that is why in the bush the Tutsis never liked the Bahima. This is why General Tinyefunza was always in trouble for he is of the Ankole royals, and if you recall Otafiire pulled a gun on Mrs. Kutesa for she had called him a Mwiru. The Bahororos have and will have a very strong link with Tutsis. So if you see a writing of The Rukungiri Generals it is exactly what it means, and Museveni will never ever leave Muhwezi and Tumukunde free. Which brings me to a Muzee Nyindimbi {Attendant number 18} Nyindimbi has a daughter called Enid Nyindimbi that was a cook at state house. As always, Museveni has been very strict with whoever cooks food for him as he never eats public food, now that food was cooked by this Enid girl. But being a Pig as Museveni always is, he humped Enid Nyindimbi and got her pregnant with two children. It is important to note that Enid would not have become a victim had she not been a very close friend of Natasha, and that is how they both failed victims. Natasha became very close to her father that she was the only one handling her fathers deepest secrets including her fathers time table for all his witch doctors, and when she got pregnant her mother almost killed her but she was saved by her father. As this tribal fracas continues, during the height of the conflict with Rwanda and Uganda in Democratic Republic of Congo, the Rwandese actually told Museveni off that they could eliminate him any time they wanted to and even gave him the menu of what was being cooked for dinner that night courtesy of having a muhororo in the kitchen, Enid Nyindombi. This is to show you the relationship between the Bahororo and Tutsi. This is why Paul Kagame was willing to sponsor a war using Colonel Samson Mande , Dr Kiiza Besigye and a host of other Bahororo, Kagame had even bought them a radio receiver system to use in that attack, till when the British minister of African Affairs, I think Linder Chalker intervened and the entire thing got screwed up. But note this, although Colonel Samson Mande and Colonel Kyakabaale both ran out of Rwanda and immigrated to Sweden, the fact that Kyakabale is a Hutu from Mparo and Colonel Samson Mande is a Muhororo from Kebishoni, they separated very badly that Kyakabale is in Northern Sweden and they never communicated to this time. We are getting information as well that Kyakabaale was recently given a whack of cash at the same time Colonel Muzoora was killed . The death of Muzoora terrified him and he decided to go into Northern Sweden and lay low. He never returned to Uganda. Let me end by reminding you that Ely Karuhanga {Attendant number 38} was in charge of securing schools abroad for all relatives friends and in laws of Tutsi- Hima and Hororo. That very same Karuhanga has a daughter {whose name I have forgotten} that was supposed to get married to Rwabwogo who is today married to Patience. Now this information is important for Janet Museveni her self screwed up that marriage by forcing Karuhangas daughter to come to the States to study. After the girl left Uganda, Janet lined up Patiences marriage to replace Karuhangas daughter. Karuhangas daughter nearly ran mad that she lives in United States to today and she seems to will never go back to Uganda again. There are many pointers that this meeting happened for it structured out the very origin Tutsi Siita hegemony in Great Lakes. This is just a quick representation of how closed is this structure, but most of the listed cannot be lined up in a single writing but if I decide to, they all fit like a glove.
