A big office might be on an exchange only line without a PCP (Primary Connection Point / green cabinet) to put an FTTC cabinet next to. BT Openreach claim to be working on a solution for EO lines. I'm not sure what it will be or when it might happen. Ah, that makes more sense now. Thanks.
