last one for tonight 10 June 1807 On Wednesday June 10 1807 was executed at the Cross Glasgow pursuant to his sentence, at the last Circuit Court, Adam COX for the murder of his infant son. His body was immediately after delivered to the Professor of Anatomy for dissection. He behaved in the Court Hall and on the scaffold with great decency and apparent contrition, and fully acknowledged his guilt of the crime for which he suffered. He was born in a small village near Dungannon in the county of Tyrone Ireland. He has left three children.
