Create a batch file that runs each of the commands you need, then set
that batch file as the "bottom" script.
Eg:
$u->{'_meta'}->{'bottom'} = "bottom.bat"
Bottom.bat:
%Z%\bin\partition.pl --disk 0 --partition 2 delete
%Z%\bin\partition.pl --disk 1 --type primary --size 40960 --letter d
create
