You need to make an new install from the dell disks that shipped with the 7010
the motherboard/devices are different enough that the original install doesn't
work with it.
I had different models grab different boot devices based on mac address
filtering.

I'm sure this is the result of the copy scripts that move the drivers
applications rom $0EM$/$1 directory.
Does anyone have a method of preserving long filenames so that the
drivers and applications can preserve the enclosing directories names
and any pathing associated.

I have unattended nothing but net install almost off the ground.
The current issue is error 53 the Computer name specified in the
network path cannot be located. message.
This happens at this line in the autoexec.bat while booting from the a:
drive which is a networkdrive.
