Hello, No, it is not a MUI. "Files for East Asian languages" is a set of files for displaying and inputting text in those languages, namely: unicode translation tables; keyboard mappings and IMEs. They are, as the original poster wrote, installed from Control Panel -> Regional but you get to see the same dialog box during the manual setup so I think it could be automated via the answer file. Unfortunately, this is a "deep Microsoft Windows deployment question" and my expertise with Windows does not go that deep. I assume you want to install a MUI pack? I’m using this command for installing the MUI pack of my region automatically: %Z%\packages\system\windowsxp_64_mui\muisetup.exe /i 0407 /d 0407 /r /t In this case “0407” stands for “Germany”.
