Realistically, I'm not sure I can give a solid answer on PPC at the moment. As we're migrating to snaps, a lot of changes are happening on the server side, and this will affect ubuntuone-credentials at some point. I expect we may also have some changes from design as well. As a result, there will likely be some major changes in ubuntuone- credentials in the not so distant future, which may improve the situation for tests on PPC.
