At the moment if a blank disc (CDR/DVD) is inserted it shows up on the
launcher and by right clicking the user has the choice of either opening or
ejecting it. I understand that clicking 'Open' will let you create a data
disc using Nautilus but this isn't clear from the quicklist menu.

With mounted devices, I don't think there's a simple .desktop file where
you can add quicklists. This is probably something that would need to
be done in Unity itself.
