Why not just make smart-raising windows the default feature, its never
useful in the vast majority of cases for the application to hide smaller
windows behind itself... when that happens to me it makes me, in trolled
style go FUUU!

Last I read, the plan was to have the option of using global menu OR LIM.
Global would stay the default but user can choose whether to use LIM
instead or traditional menus.

I think the simplest solution is to allow moving of the launcher.
It was originally said that the launcher would not be moveable because it
needs to be near the dash button but ever since the dash button was placed
on the launcher, I don't see any reason not to be able to move it.
