I have make a patch there solve the problem. The problem was: When searching
for hex values the string containing the last search string was not set if the
search was unsuccessful. 'Search next' either by selection in the search dialog
or pressing CONTROL_N crash the program.

I have the same problem with DailyBuild April 14th on my Dell XPS M1330.
fprint does not ask to swipe fingers, neither at login nor at superuser actions.
thinkfinger seems to be unsupported and outdated.
I guess it may be to late to solve this Issue before RC / Final comes

I did some additional testing. Suspend to disk and suspend to ram are
working fine with the *radeon* driver. Only the *radeonhd* video driver

removing the file didn't help
I'm going to reinstall as i want to use ext4
and this install was a intrepid alpha
I will try again and report back with a fresh install
