8.10 was great and it works stable and fast.

The behaviour has changed slightly since the bug was reported, due to package
updates I suspect.
The current behaviour is now that the Left screen remains in standby,
and the Right hand screen powers up and shows the right hand side of the
extended desktop. However, the desktop wallpaper

I also get this type of freezes almost once in a hour. There is nothing special
I could find out to reproduce the freeze.
Only one thing I would like to mention, when I ssh into the frozen machine,
an start the mplayer with a avi file. The playback of the sound is hearable on
that machine,

1) grab package with grab-merge script.
2) revert the change in drbd/linux/drbd.h file (so that the source is the same

UXA is very unstable for I945.It somtimes freezes my system completely and I
have to reboot manually by turning the power off.
One thing I noticed that whenever I boot windows first and then restart system
and select ubuntu on my dual boot system I get this error.My CPU box has a
memory
I can confirm this bug on Jaunty (9.04); it was not present in Hardy
(8.04).

I have applied that fix to my system and mathematical symbols are now
produced correctly

limits.conf, Jackd crashes, leaving a defunct jackd process and
