The space bar can pause/unpause video playback currently. But 'p' is a
typical hotkey for media players for pausing, which miro should support
as well.

It is possible to put miros data files on an nfs share and miro is able
to import the videos from that share. However, the metadata is not
shared with the second computer.
Perhaps miro should store the metadata about a media file alongside that

very confusing terminology. First, it is sort of a double-negative.
Second, it's not totally clear what is meant by ignore. Third, it's

I'm able to reproduce this by setting ownership to root. Miro should
check for this and issue a friendly error rather than a crash. However,
this is probably an unusual situation so setting it to low priority.

Thanks for reporting this crash, but unfortunately apport did not
collect a valid backtrace in this case. I've found the updated miro to
be quite stable, so perhaps this issue will no longer be present when
you update. Or if it does still happen, hopefully next time apport will
be able to capture
Sometimes this can happen due to an error in the underlying xine
library, but no crash log was included in this bug report so it's hard
to say. Given the age of the bug report though, the issue may well have
been fixed by now anyway.
