as the default VCS backend for etckeeper:
- bzr is the default VCS for Ubuntu, used in Ubuntu DistributedDevelopment.
Etckeeper, as an Ubuntu main citizen, must integrate with preferred
distribution systems

collaboration with upstream) to make it a better suited target for
Ubuntu main: better bzr support, use bzr by default, set up repository

The jetty package in debian was finally updated to version 6, so that
makes the partial jetty6 package we introduced for eucalyptus in karmic
mostly redundant (and unsyncable). For lucid, I want to get rid of that
redundant package and use the generic jetty one instead.

Can't reproduce... although on karmic the boot message is much less
informative, it still seems to start VPN configs alright. Please include
/var/log/syslog for more information.

Sure, there is no point in having .img.gz support while we don't ship anything
under that format anymore.
About img.tar.gz support: having it inside the script would just avoid having
to discover the magic -S tar option.

script, as it basically forces the cloud customer that wants to bundle
a UEC image to use a client system on which he has root rights (while he

Forget that, this is a duplicate of bug 231060. There is support in
dnsmasq for properly collaborating with libvirt. I'm not exactly sure if
that was fixed in 9.04 libvirt or not.
