im having the same issues with ubuntu 9.04 and brasero 2.26.1 all
updated and still cant see the dvd to actualy start the burn after
loading the .iso

When I'm trying to record a disk image Brasero cannot determine blank DVD disk
in recorder. It works well with CD disk.

jaunty (I did the two upgrades in quick succession, so I do not know
which of the two is to blame). I had to restore /etc/gnarwl.conf from
backup.

I have already tried to reproduce with alpha-6, AMD64, live session, and
the problem was not seen.
For other reasons, alpha-6 is not a good working environment for me yet,

I've since done a fresh install of Ubuntu 9.04 onto a clean disk and
don't have this problem any more. Perhaps it was some old configuration
files.
Version 0.95.2+dfsg-4ubuntu1.2 of clamav, clamav-base, clamav-freshclam

Thank you for using Ubuntu and taking the time to report a bug. The use
of AppArmor with firefox is optional and not the default. It is not
clear whether is explicitly enabled AppArmor for firefox. Did you?
That said, can you add the following to /etc/apparmor.d/usr.bin.firefox-3.5:

Right. I had compiled my own erlang system on the problematic machine.
After removing that and installing the erlang package 'rabbitmq-server'
installed fine. Sorry for any confusion caused.

I've added the feedreader screenlet to my desktop. If the headline of
the feed ar longer than 3 lines the text of the last line is shown under
the next headline which looks really unattractive.

I don't know what you mean with archive?
zf.sh is only in the karmic versionand sits in the zend-framework-bin
package.
this package itself is a dependency of zend-framework...
What you can do is to try the PPA packages of

Thanks Micah, perfectly dealt with :) I and others have posted a few
bug-reports and wishlist items for Answers Section but they have all
been completely ignored so we just have to try to find odd work-arounds
like this. I notice the eye-candy has 'improved' but core functionality
in Answers is
Needs a sponsor ACK first.
