Just wondering if there were any chance that the upcoming Karmic release
could be updated to SUNDIALS 2.4.0. There have been some important bug-
fixes to SUNDIALS since 2.3.0, particularly in the root-detection
feature of IDA, but also the addition of the new IDAS solver.
I agree with vnieto. Simon's route is fine too. I installed the native
amd64 flashplugin and had minor hiccups. Removing nspluginwrapper fixed
any residual issues for me.

We meet the same issue on Asus EEE Top. We upgrade 8.04.1, which worked

I think you misread the schedule, then. Beta *freeze* was on 24
September, but the beta release is scheduled for 1 October.
