Feel free to port an applet for it as I've not had any other responses

I've been using the 'Alsa Mixer applet'
(https://github.com/cowboy-coders/AMixer) on squeezeplay and thought it
would be great to have it on my wandboard.
But it doesn't work on jivelite.

I have found a problem with the installation. If you go to the plugin
page, it always says the server must be restarted. I do not think that
selecting restart actually restarts the server. But even doing so from
/etc/init.d still results in the restart needed message.

Johan, thank you. How did you find this!!
And super thanks also to its developer, who finally broke a two or three

Thank you again.

I can't confirm this issue on my installation but I haven't yet upgraded
my main LMS installation to OpenSUSE 13.1 and the latest LMS 7.8 nightly

This is a short update on the wireless ad-hoc mode.
As a temporary workaround I have created a service that runs at boot.
This service configures the wireless interface to ad-hoc mode along with
the other configuration parameters as specified in my previous post.
This seems to be working fine
Solved!
Running the command
Code:

then other modules began to appear as missing so I gave up. Luckily for
me using the excellent 'repo'

Hi All,
I've got Squeezelite running on Raspbian on a Raspberry Pi and I'm

Thanks. I'll give that a go :)
I get the impression that this is right on the borderline of what the Pi
can do, especially with its shared USB/Ethernet bus. Are there any other
low cost, small format devices which have been proven to run squeezelite
nicely? Beaglebone Black?

If any of you are using WLAN connectivity to a Wandboard running CSOS,
then you might be frustrated by the delayed response to key presses,
