Witch partition is to small, the FAT32 or the rootfs ?
The piCore image makes a 20 mB fat32 partion and an ext3 partition on
the card, the rootfs partition can be expanded to sd card size.
If the file is downloaded to the linux partion of the card, then you
must expand

Expanding the filesystem may be added as a option in the future.
Would be a nice addition, the space on the SD card does not have a
negative effect on piCorePlayer as far as I can see.
piCorePlayer runs in RAM as I read earlier in this thread.
Unless you put in Open

The version number stayed at 1.17 after the update to 1.17a
Did you try recently, there was a problem initially with a wrong version
number in 1.17a.
If you would try again, could you please copy/paste the content of the

Hi I have seen this a few times also during development of piCorePlayer,
it is caused because it is running out of space on the card, and
therefore the last file is not untarred. This file is mydata.gz, which

Thank you for the info Michael. I tried to install brutefir in the same

Steen,
The problem about the remote got fixed, it is as you said, firewall

But when I started to use remote app... the sampling rate of the Dac

squeezelite limits it.
Do u have any idea Why is that?

Therefore, I checked the files at sourceforge - and it still had the
wrong version file - I uploaded new files.
So please try to update to 1.17a again.

Hi - I'm glad that you have most issues sorted out.
Squeezelite should be able to play any sample rate your USB-DAC report
it is capable to play. So the first question is: Are you sure you are
playing a high resolution FLAC?
If you need to dig deeper you will need to get your
