Maybe it's because the audio output is set to DAC>CODEC
With Putty I can that volume is 100 in alsamixer.

I'm not near a Pi right now to check, but ... You might still be in
"basic" mode ? You will need to be on the "Beta" tab to find the options

You probably need to increase ALSA volume.
Go to the "Tweaks" page and select custom for the "ALSA output level" -

I have activatet screensaver for 'halt' event. It works well. If a
sleeptimer is set on, after the end of the time, the player is halt, but
the screensaver is not shown.
Any idea?
